FAQ

DO YOU HAVE A PHYSICAL STORE?

Yes, we have a physical store on Buitenverwachting Wine Farm, Klein Constantia Road, Constantia, Cape Town. It is located next to the Coffee Bloc Deli. We are open from 10h00 to 16h00, Monday to Saturday.

Not all products are in the store, but we can fetch from our stockroom if you would like something not on the shelves. There may be a slight delay while we do so.

CAN I COLLECT MY ORDER?

Yes, you can collect from Buitenverwachting Wine Farm, Klein Constantia Road, Constantia, Cape Town. Just visit the Smous Shop, next to the Coffee Bloc Deli. There is no charge for orders collected from us.

WHICH PAYMENT METHODS DO YOU ACCEPT?

We accept the following methods of direct payment:

  • Credit and debit cards: Peach Payments (including international credit cards), Yoco, iKhokha and Paystack

  • Direct EFT: Peach Payments and Paystack.

  • SnapScan: Paystack

  • MasterPass: Paystack

  • Apple Pay: Peach Payments

  • Offline Payment: Available for Click and Collect or for delivery in the Cape Town / Stellenbosch / Franschhoek / Helderberg areas only. You can pay by Cash or Credit / Debit Card on delivery, or by using the link provided on the Offline Payment option to make a manual payment via SnapScan.

HOW LONG DOES DELIVERY TAKE?

For products that we hold in stock (you will see an BUY button to purchase), we generally deliver same or next business day in the Cape Town area. Other major centres is 2 to 4 business days and regional destinations are 3 to 5 business days. You can read more about delivery here.

For products that we order in as required (you will see an ORDER button to purchase), we will deliver within 3 to 7 business days in the Cape Town area. Other areas will take an additional 2 to 5 business days for delivery using a courier.

WHAT IS THE DELIVERY COST?

Delivery charges within the Cape Town are based on the value of your order, and there are free delivery thresholds. Outside of this area, delivery costs are based on weight, and the cost is calculated in the cart. More detail is available here.

DO I NEED TO CREATE AN ACCOUNT AND LOGIN TO PLACE AN ORDER?

No, you don't need to create an account. You can place an order without registering on our site. Creating an account allows you to save address details, view previous orders, etc.
