On the nose it is distinctively fresh and fruity with a hint of pear. Beautifully crafted and delicately balanced. In the mouth, it shows characteristic sweet, fruity notes that develop into butterscotch, cream, malt and subtle oak flavours. The finish is long, smooth and mellow.
