Inspired by the historical McConnell's blend founded in Belfast, Ireland in 1776, McConnell’s Sherry Cask is a blend of Irish malt and grain whiskeys. Matured for 5 years, first in handpicked 1st-fill American oak ex-bourbon barrels before being finished in ex-Oloroso sherry casks for approximately 6 months.
