Soul Barrel Summer Ale 330ml (12-case)

Light, zesty and refreshing, this is the perfect beer for long summer days in the sun! Summer ale is a seasonal American wheat beer, brewed with wheat, oats and our special Soul Barrel Sun Malt; local barley we malted ourselves and dried in the sun. For an added zest, we also used lemon peel and a rare African brewing spice called grains of paradise. Summer ales follow a brewing tradition of light, wheat ales brewed to drink like a lager but taste like an ale.
