The unknown is all around us. When three childhood friends decided to transform their old horse trailer into a mobile bar, The Drunken Horse Bar, they never expected to create a gastronomic gin that would win several gold medals in the most prestigious gin competitions in the world. Thanks to a unique still and the discovery of the Nepalese Timut pepper, they created a super smooth gin with three flavour waves. Citrus, earth, and peppers. The Timut pepper with its citrus notes connects the third flavour wave with the first wave and creates a round, complex, and long-lasting flavour experience which is unlike anything you tasted before.
