A Bordeaux blend of the 5 varietals, aged in small French oak barrels for approx. 2 years. The juice was meticulously selected for this blend through extensive tasting. Smooth with big flavour. Drinks beautifully now but will also mature beautifully. Made by Buitenverwachting winemaker Brad Paton. Grapes sourced in the Constantia valley.
